Find out about plans by Strongvox Homes for Wedmore Grange
Strongvox Homes is proposing to build 40 new homes in Wedmore on the remaining land at our site off Blackford Road known as Wedmore Grange. This land is to the north-east of Wedmore First School.

The first phase of the Wedmore Grange development provides for 30% affordable housing and is currently under construction, including traffic calming improvements at Blackford Road. 40% of the new homes proposed in this phase will be affordable and specifically made available to local people as a first priority. This is in order to meet an identified need for further affordable homes in the village. The proposal provides for a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed family homes. Strongvox has consulted with the Parish Council on the proposal to ensure that aspirations for affordable housing set out in the recently adopted Wedmore Neighbourhood Plan are met.

We launched this website to give the local community an opportunity to have their say and help shape the emerging plans. The consultation has now closed, but you can find out more about our plans by selecting an option below.
